TOWN OF ROSS, CA
NATALIE COFFIN GREENE PARK PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT
TOWN PROJECT NO. 9062-66
SEALED BIDS will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, 31 Sir Francis Drake Blvd., Ross, California, 94957, until the hour of 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read, for performing the following work:
BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project consists of, but is not limited to, structural retrofit of three grouted stone abutments per provided structural plans; placement and setting of three prefabricated steel pedestrian bridges (provided by the Town of Ross); approach railing fabrication and installation; modify asphalt concrete pedestrian bridge approaches per plan; traffic control, water pollution control, and ancillary work as shown on the project plans. Structural retrofit of the abutments to be completed before November 15, 2025. The bridges will be delivered in February 2026. Offloading bridges from trucks and placing bridges on abutments will be performed under this contract. Working days will be suspended after completion of abutment retrofit and restarted for bridge delivery. Final placement and final contract work are weather dependent.
