Town Manager, Christa Johnson, serves as the Finance Director in the Town of Ross. The Town Manager, with input from the Town Council, charts the Town’s financial course.  The Town Manager and the Town's Senior Accountant prepare the annual budget and five-year financial forecast and assess the Town’s financial performance on a monthly basis. Senior Accountant, Elena Kurakina, handles financial matters such as the monthly financials and Town Clerk / Senior Management Analyst, Zach Koblick de Leon, are active in the Town's financial matters including payroll, accounts payable/receivables, and deposits. The Town’s conservative fiscal practices have enabled Ross to continue to offer improved services to its residents irrespective of economic conditions.
